Report lost ATM/debit cards at 1-888-625-3660, after hours take Option #6 on Velma and record report of loss.
All loan payments must be accompanied by the account number or payment coupon provided. Loan payments must be sent to Rayne State Bank & Trust Company, P.O. Box 129, 200 S. Adams Ave. Rayne, LA 70578. Loan Payments may also be made in person to Rayne State Bank & Trust Company personnel in any of our branch lobby/drive-in locations. Our lobby hours of operation for receiving loan payments are 9 am – 4 pm and Drive-in hours are 8 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday, except bank holidays. All other payments received will be credited as of the next loan operations business day or as otherwise permitted by law.
